The Only thing Spookier than Spooky Season? Missing out on MSAR's Updates. We're glad you're here!

Congratulations to all 2025 Officers & Directors
|
Metro South Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce the officially elected Officers and Directors for 2025.
At the October 10, 2024 General Membership Meeting and Luncheon, all MSAR members took part in the democratic process of electing future leadership. During the general business portion of the meeting, the 2025 Slate of Officers was presented to the membership. Some positions, like President and Immediate Past President, automatically move to the next office and are not subject to election. Others are serving out the second or third year of their terms. There are also new Officers and Directors who have applied as first-time volunteers. Since no more than one person ran for any one position, the Slate of Officers was approved and elected in its entirety. Take a look below to see 2025's leaders and join us in congratulating them at the Installation Celebration in December.
The election of Officers and Directors is one of the most important aspects of voicing your opinion of the future leadership of this Association. We encourage you to participate in this process in years to come and consider running for a leadership position in 2026!

Late Fees / Reinstatement Fees
|
MSAR will work tirelessly to notify all agents and brokers of outstanding invoices. It is not our goal to have any balance left in arrears. If, however, a balance remains unpaid after December 31, 2024, it will be subject to the following:
- If dues remain unpaid as of January 1, 2025, a $50 late fee will be assessed to any unpaid accounts.
- If any account remains unpaid as of March 1, 2025, that account will be inactivated.
- After March 1, 2025, all inactivated accounts will be subject to total dues owed, plus the $50 late fee and the $50 reactivation fee.
