Need a place to print a listing or contract, write an offer, do a CMA, jump on a Zoom, or get some prospecting time in? Now, we've got you covered! Being a REALTOR® means that sometimes you have to be everywhere! If you are in the Morrow, GA area and need to swing by to use our new Member Business Center, we encourage you to do so! Walk-Ins are welcome, but to ensure the center isn't being used, please book a time using the link below! Complimentary to all MSAR members!

Code Of Ethics Completion Requirement By 12/31/2024
|
All REALTORS® are required to complete a course that satisfies NAR's Code of Ethics requirements once every 3-year cycle. Our current cycle (7) started on January 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2024. You may use the link below to check your cycle 7 Code of Ethics compliance and take the course, free of charge. Please note that if you are not a new member, you will need to take the course for existing members.

Considering a Firm Change? Know Before You Transfer!
|
We want you to find the perfect firm to work with that matches your needs and values. Before you consider moving, however, it is important to take the following steps:
- Ask any potential firms which REALTOR Association(s) they are members of. Not all firms are REALTOR members, and some are members of some local associations, but not the other. If you unintentionally join a firm that is not a member with MSAR, you may open yourself up to spending more money by transferring to another association or ultimately jeopardizing your REALTOR membership.
- You may also reach out to MSAR to verify any firm's REALTOR membership with us or another association.
- If you are considering a firm that is not a MSAR member, their Broker can likely join MSAR as a secondary member for as little as $170 per year so you can remain a member.
- Ask any potential firms which MLS services they belong to, as this can also affect your MLS membership.
- Always update MSAR and your MLS provider any time you change firms or change any contact information. MSAR does not charge our members to transfer firms within our membership.
