This course is designed to familiarize the students with the responsibilities and rights conferred upon all licensees by Georgia Real Estate License Law, Rules, and Regulations. This course provides detailed guidance regarding compliance and ramifications of noncompliance. This class satisfies the GREC License Law Education Requirement.
