10:30 – 1:00 p.m. – Expo Grand Opening and Exhibit
Theme: Carnival – Fun filled thrills await at the Carnival Extravaganza! Step right up and get ready to showcase your company to REALTORS® and agents near and far!!
Booth/Table: Bring your own table (maximum length 72”) and branded or plain tablecloth. Only 2 people will be allowed to represent any vendor/affiliate Exhibitor, so you are also allowed to bring a maximum of 2 chairs. Members of the Board of Directors for Metro South Association of REALTORS® will select the EXHIBITORS table that best represents the event theme, and a prize will be awarded
Give-Aways: You are encouraged to bring a supply of brochures, business cards, fliers and promotional items to pass out. Please also be prepared to have at least one item of your choice to be used as a giveaway. You will have the opportunity to draw from business cards collected at your table for the winner.
Parking: There will be individuals directing traffic on the day of the event. When you arrive, you will be able to drop your display at the door but you will then be required to immediately move your car to the designated parking area before returning to the venue to set up your exhibit. Please arrive on time so that the unloading and set up process for everyone can take place in a timely and organized manner.
Cost: In appreciation for all that you do to support our local REALTOR® community year-round, this event has been designed for you! There will be no fee for current MSAR Affiliate Partners to participate. All MSAR affiliates are guaranteed a complimentary vendor registration until 7/31/2024, after which registrations will be opened to non-members on a first come, first served basis. Non-member registration is $100.
By registering as a vendor for this event, you agree to the following: Cancelled vendor registrations and/or no-shows to the event will be invoiced and agree to pay an administrative fee of $100 payable to Metro South Association of REALTORS®. This administrative fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable. All vendors and affiliates agree that there will be no recruiting activity of any kind for any real estate brokerage(s) during or before the event.
The 2024 Trade Show & Expo aims to bring together a diverse array of professionals and businesses operating within the real estate industry. The event is exclusively tailored for REALTORS and Real Estate Agents, with the primary goal of facilitating networking opportunities and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations between industry experts and service providers.
