Affiliate Membership Application

Instructions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Affiliate Member with Metro South Association of REALTORS®. Please complete all sections of the application in their entirety to the best of your ability. Once your application is received and processed, our membership team will reach out to you for next steps. Payment is processed electronically through our secure software called Growthzone. When you receive your invoice via email, you may click the link on the invoice to securely pay online. You may also pay with a card over the phone or mail a check to our office. Please note that a $5 convenience fee will be added to all membership dues payments when using a debit/credit card. If mailing a check, please deduct the $5 convenience fee.

Membership Types: Please review before selecting a type in the next section.

  • Primary Affiliate: Affiliates pay dues to Metro South Association of REALTORS® and the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. If you are not paying $100 GAR dues through another association, please select this option.
  • Secondary Affiliate: If you already pay GAR dues elsewhere, please choose this option.

Membership Application Acknowledgement:

By submitting your application, you acknowledge the following:

1. The applicant agrees as a condition of membership to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Constitution and Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations of the Board, State and National Associations, and if elected a REALTOR® or Affiliate Member, will abide by the Constitutions and Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Board, State and National Associations, and will abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.

2. The applicant consents that the Board, through its Staff or otherwise, may invite and receive information and comment about applicant from any Member or other persons, and that applicant agrees that any information and comment furnished to the Board by any person in response to this invitation shall be conclusively deemed to be privileged and not form the basis of any action for slander, libel, or defamation of character. The applicant shall, with the form of application, have access to a copy of the Constitution and Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Code of Ethics referred to above.

3. Upon approval of application, all new members agree to review the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Metro South Association of REALTORS®, the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
