Did you know that MSAR sees over 700 students in our classroom on an annual basis?! And that doesn't even count private facility rentals or events by our partnered organizations.
We are incredibly proud of our robust education calendar and work hard to the majority of all courses completely complimentary to members.
Last week, members enjoyed a unique opportunity to take a Field Trip down to Locust Grove to inspect/appraise a property, learn about the appraisal process, and get CE for it! We are devoted to providing unique educational opportunities like this one, with an increased focus on classes that help you sell more real estate!

President-Elect Alan Richardson and CEO David Sanders made their way to Chicago last week for NAR’s Annual Leadership Summit. This summit is designed to help us build a foundational professional relationship for 2027 and get the training, insight, and a little motivation that we needed from NAR’s leadership Team 27 and guest speakers. As we were flying out, President Al Hooker was flying in to represent MSAR at NAR’s YPN Advance conference, also in Chicago. Between the three of them, the connections made and training received help us to bring a better experience right back here to our members
