MSAR's Affiliate Experience

MSAR would like to welcome you to join our Association as an Affiliate Business Partner. These are individuals and companies that are related to the real estate industry, but not directly involved in sale or leasing of properties.

- You will be listed in our Affiliate Directory on our website.
- Your logo and website URL will rotate on the home page of our website.
- Your logo and contact information will be featured on our lobby slideshow ads at our office.
- You will be added to our internal contact list and be given lots of opportunities to sponsor classes and lunch & learns. Full MSAR Calendar Updated Here Weekly.
- You will be invited to all association events, most of which are complimentary to you, to network with our members.
- Additional opportunities to gain exposure within our 1500+ REALTOR® Membership.
- You will be invited to join our Affiliate Business Council, a committee of affiliates for affiliates, to help us reimagine the affiliate experience here at MSAR. To sign up for it and other committees, click this link.

- Fill out a simple online application: Affiliate Membership Application (growthzoneapp.com)
- Primary Membership: Affiliates pay dues to Metro South Association of REALTORS® and the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. If you are not paying $100 GAR dues through another association, please select this option.
- Secondary Membership: If you already pay GAR dues elsewhere, please choose this option.
- Within the application, you will have the opportunity to upload your logo and all relevant advertising information.
- Once we approve your application, we will send you a link to pay your pro-rated invoice, based on your join date.
- You may pay via credit card online or mail a check to 1671 Adamson Parkway, Suite 100, Morrow, GA 30260.
- Finally, we will make sure you are connected with all your membership benefits.
Onboarding is usually completed within 2 business days.
