As we step into Black History Month, the Metro South Association of REALTORS® takes a moment to honor and celebrate the rich history, achievements, and contributions of African Americans to our nation and to the real estate industry.
This month, we're not only reflecting on the past but also focusing on the future. We are committed to fostering inclusivity, understanding, and equality within our community and beyond. We recognize the role that real estate can play in building equitable communities and are dedicated to ensuring that the dream of homeownership is accessible to all.
Join us as we highlight trailblazers in the real estate industry, share stories of resilience and success, and explore the impact of African American heritage in shaping our neighborhoods and cities.

2024 Circle of Excellence Applications are now Open!

Event Details:

  • Date: March 23, 2024
  • Location: tbd
  • Time: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
    • Registration begins at 5:30pm
  • Cost:
    • Participant fee: $120
    • Guest tickets: $60 each
    • Extra plaques: $55 each

This year, we've taken a few steps to make applying for COE even easier. You can now complete your application 100% online. The application steps are the same but digitized for your convenience. If you apply this way, you may go ahead and submit your application. Be sure to follow the checklist on the first page to ensure your application is complete.

  • If you would like to complete the application via paper form, you may do so by clicking on the paper application below. If you are applying via paper application, you may return your completed application to:
    • Metro South Association of REALTORS® at 1671 Adamson Parkway, Suite 100, Morrow, GA 30260 any time on the following dates / times:
    • Wednesday, February 14th, 2024  10:00am - 4:00pm
    • Thursday, February 15, 2024    10:00am - 4:00pm
    • Corrections/Revisions, Friday, February 16th, 2024      10:00am - 3:00pm

For both applications, you will be emailed an invoice with a secure payment link for debit/credit card transactions. You may also pay by making a check out to Metro South Association of REALTORS® and bringing or mailing it to the address above.
