GAR Forms change each year. This course covers the 2027 forms changes. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to identify changes to the new GAR forms, recognize protection the new changes provide to clients, customers, and REALTORS®, explain the new forms and special stipulations added, create a valid and enforceable contract, as well as meet customers’ needs and expectations.Images

From I-75, take exit 233 to Morrow. Off the ramp, Head North on GA-54. Take an immediate right onto Adamson Parkway, just past the Drury Inn. MSAR will be at the end of Adamson Parkway in the cul-de-sac. Students will park to the left of the building and enter under the large atrium on the right side.
