Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to identify changes to the new GAR forms, recognize protection the new changes provide to clients, customers, and REALTORS®, explain the new forms, create a valid and enforceable contract, and meet customers' needs and expectations. From I-75, take exit 233, then turn North onto GA-54. Take an immediate right onto Adamson Parkway, just past Drury Inn. MSAR is at the end of Adamson Parkway in the cul-de-sac. Parking is available on the left side of the building. You will enter on the right side under the large atrium.
