Description
We are going on a field trip! In this hands-on course, you will complete two walkthroughs of a property, one with an Appraiser and one with a Home Inspector. Your instructors will provide you an overview of what a site visit entails, such as key areas you should pay attention to, point out important property features, and explain why they matter. This course will also cover common appraisal and inspection issues you'll need to be aware of when representing buyers and sellers. More importantly, your instructors will inform you on how to prevent pitfalls, allowing you to better serve and advise your clients.Images

From I-75, take exit 233 to Morrow. Off the ramp, Head North on GA-54. Take an immediate right onto Adamson Parkway, just past the Drury Inn. MSAR will be at the end of Adamson Parkway in the cul-de-sac. Students will park to the left of the building and enter under the large atrium on the right side.
