• Every time Compensation is addressed, it is addressed HOW much & WHOM is paying - Public Parties or Brokers
• If an agent signs a document regarding compensation, the agent warrants that they have the authority to negotiate the Broker’s Compensation
• Co-Op Commission to be Used Prior to Showing - changed to “Pre-Showing Compensation Agreement”
• NEW Compensation Exhibit to Agreement - F259 - Broker Compensation Agreement Exhibit
• Compensation added in Buyer as Customer Form
• Compensation Special Stips - Re-worded
