This course is designed to familiarize the students with the responsibilities and rights conferred upon all licensees by Georgia Real Estate License Law, Rules, and Regulations. This course provides detailed guidance regarding compliance and ramifications of noncompliance. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit. From I-75, Take exit 233. Travel North on GA-54, then take an immediate right onto Adamson Parkway, just behind Drury Inn. MSAR is at the end of Adamson Parkway in the cul-de-sac. Parking is available on the left side of the building. You will enter on the right side of the building under the large atrium.
