Roderick Zanders is the first generation of his family to go to college and the first in real estate. He has
been in real estate for over three decade. He started out in the multi-family housing industry and later
merged his talents with the single family/commercial real estate market. In the industry, he has
purchased, renovated, rented and sold properties throughout the Southeast Region of the United States.
During this time, he has worked closely with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors before, during, and after the
sale. He also has years of experience in the Information Technology field. His in-depth experience creating
pro-forma for numerous multi-family housing investors assisted in his well rounded industry vision. Roderick’s
passion is his innate ability to connect with people due to his outgoing personality. He has a heart for helping
people find happiness in all facets of their lives, especially home ownership. Helping you find your next home
will be top priority. Throughout Roderick’s career, Customer Service stands at the top of his list. His areas of focus is Gwinnett, Walton, and Dekalb counties.
